EMPIRE LIMOUSINES TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE  

1.  Bookings are only secured on receipt of the non-refundable deposit of £50.00  

2.  Balance payments must be received at the latest 28 days prior to the date of hire.

3.  A cancellation is only accepted in writing. In the event of cancellation, Empire Limousines will retain any deposit payment.

4.  In the unlikely event that Empire Limousines is unable to complete the booking for any reason beyond its control an alternative car will be offered or a full refund given. Beyond this Empire Limousines will not be liable.

5.  Although Empire Limousine will make every effort to meet deadlines it will accept no responsibility for any delays, however caused.

6.  A waiting time of up to 15 mins beyond the agreed pickup time will be allowed. After this time a charge of £15 per 15 minutes of waiting time will be charged to vehicle hirer.  

7.  For collections from airports, should a delayed flight affect another clients' reservation of the limousine, Empire Limousines reserves the right to provide an alternative vehicle from the airport.    

8.  Passengers are NOT permitted to smoke in the limousine. 

9. The consumption of food is NOT permitted inside the vehicle.

10. Illegal substances are NOT permitted in the vehicle.   Empire Limousines reserve the right to terminate the rental following any infringement of conditions 8 and 9 above. The infringement of condition 10 will result in the immediate termination of the rental.

11. The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. Empire Limousines will invoice the client for any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their guests. Valeting (due to sickness or misuse of drink) is charged at a minimum of £100 charge.  Glass breakages are charged at £15.00 per glass.

12.  For safety reasons Empire Limousines reserve the right to refuse to transport passengers or luggage if it is considered that the vehicle is overloaded or the passengers are unfit to travel.

13.  No responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property left in the vehicle.

14.  No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access at any location.

15.  Through payment of the deposit the client confirms that he/she has read, understands and accepts the Terms and Conditions and she/he has entered into a binding contract with Empire Limousines.
